There are many things to consider when pricing screen printing. Below are some printed t-shirt variations. Other items may be screen printed such as hats, tote bags, pants, sweatshirts, napkins, towels, paper, boxes, etc. The actual blank item will determine the overall cost of the project. Then the printing cost will be added. Order minimums are displayed below. Any order that does not meet the minimum will be subject to additional charges. In some cases the project may need to be done in another process other than screen printing... if this is the case you may be referred to another local business for the best result.
All order requests are welcome.

Other things to consider are multiple print locations. For example: a print on the sleeve, a print on the side of the shirt, etc. This is all possible and very common... Cost will increase per print location. Also the type of fabric will play a role in the overall cost. 100% Cotton is the easiest fabric to work with. Other fabrics include (50/50) (Tri-Blend) (Viscose) (Bamboo) (100% Polyester) (Nylon) (Spandex) In some cases a special ink will need to be used to achieve optimal results.

Cost of Screen setup:
Each color will require a screen to be made at $35 per screen. The size of the design will affect how many screens to be made. Below are some examples of screen use:
Artwork:
Your artwork should be submitted in vector format: a vector is made in a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator or Coreldraw. It is the best type of artwork for screen printing setup because it uses lines rather than dots and can be expanded and edited without any problem. Text in the artwork should be expanded with outlines created because certain fonts may not be available.
Compatible files are: ( .ai .eps .pdf ) these are from adobe illustrator.
In some cases artwork from a raster program may be used, raster refers to dots or pixels like in a photograph. If the artwork has a photograph of some sort it can be an Adobe Photoshop file. Text in the artwork should be expanded or rasterized because certain fonts may not be available.
Compatible files are: ( .psd .eps .pdf ) these are from adobe photoshop.
Submitting files such as: PNG , JPEG , GIF will only work for visual reference and if the vector file or photoshop file is not available the entire design will need to be re-done. In some cases this will be a quick fix and some cases not so easily done. Submitting finished design files up front is the best way to avoid artwork fee's. Graphic design service is offered at $50 per hour if needed.
